Account executive candidates should have 3+ years of experience, strong skills in the social media responsibilities below, and the ability to quickly learn in the other categories.
Job responsibilities include:
SOCIAL/DIGITAL MEDIA
- Manage a variety of social media accounts
- Create content and contribute to strategy
- Bring innovative ideas and trends to drive audience growth and engagement
- Create digital ads and develop blog posts
STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION
- Learn Siren’s unique strategic communication process and contribute to client strategy
MEDIA RELATIONS
- Grow in your media relations capacity by contributing to media campaigns
- Media pitching over the phone, email, social media, etc.
- Develop your own media relationships that will strengthen your career path
SIREN CULTURE
- Learn Siren’s culture of coaching and supportive accountability
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Bring fresh ideas and grow in your ability to present them
- Stretch to meet or exceed KPIs for clients and yourself
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Hybrid work schedule both in-person and from home
- Based in either Royal Oak, Michigan or Marquette, Michigan
