Situation
As COVID-19 gripped businesses in Royal Oak’s downtown district, the Royal Oak Downtown Development Authority set out to help business owners through funding for their businesses and financial incentives for visitors. It was our job to communicate the opportunity and put this help into the right hands.
Strategy
As the DDA’s ongoing communication partner we activated immediately to launch a strategic communication campaign through media, social media and email marketing. Messaging highlighted why this financial help was possible, who it was for, and how to access it.
