What to Expect?
Our Social Starter Service makes Siren your strategic social media partner. During the first three weeks of our partnership, we’ll immerse ourselves in your organization, develop a tailored social media strategy, and begin collecting content to help define your brand’s voice and online presence. In week four, we’ll launch your newly refreshed social media strategy. This will look like:
Once we’ve laid the foundation for a purposeful social media presence, it’s time to make your impact. Here’s everything included when you partner with Siren:
STRATEGY ALIGNMENT
Creation of a concise Social Media Strategy Plan, including:
- Executive summary
- Up to two audience personas
- Clear social media goals
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- PESO (Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned) Plan (scope-dependent)
- The Social Media Strategy Plan will primarily focus on shared strategies, but we’re open to exploring other communication channels if you’re interested – available at an additional rate
- Development and distribution of a monthly questionnaire to collect key information from which content will be generated
- This questionnaire is usually completed by a manager, account lead, CEO, VP, or someone from the leadership team
- Monthly update emails summarizing key wins, insights, and action items
- Quarterly meetings to review quarterly impact reports that review performance and engagement
PLATFORM MANAGEMENT
Cohesive platform management, including:
- Management of one to two social media platforms (choose from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Platform selection should align with your organizational goals
- Management of more than two platforms is available for an additional fee
- If needed, we offer profile setup or optimization, including:
- Profile development using best practices, Meta Business Manager setup, messaging and functionality optimization, and auto-reply configuration to enhance engagement efficiency
- Active Community Management:
- Responding to comments, engaging with shares and reposts, answering inquiries and messages

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Creative content development, including:
- Two to five posts collectively per week based on a monthly questionnaire

- Content types will vary by platform—for example, activating Instagram includes a mix of Reels and grid posts, tailored to the appropriate strategy
- A customized editorial calendar
- Content development (copywriting, graphics, photography coordination, hashtags)
- Please note that Siren is not a graphic designer or photography studio
- However, if your organization requires these services, Siren is happy to coordinate and serve as a strategic liaison to ensure they align with your overall social media strategy
INVESTMENT
The investment for our Social Starter Service:
- $2,500 monthly retainer
- Available in 6 to 12-month contracts
